The hotel is super nice. Great location. The room we were assigned was very comfortable and very well decorated. The staff was very welcoming and specially Alejandra at the front desk who was also very professional.

A newly renovated hotel in the beautiful Recoleta neighborhood. Nice modern rooms. Alejandra and Gian Franco on reception were great and very helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and loved being in that area.

Great location, excellent friendly & helpful front desk staff with good English, newer hotel, wonderful spa was no additional charge. They let us store our luggage at the hotel while going to Uruguay.
